The KPI Vision
The Koinda Pathway Initiative aims to change the trajectory of economic neglect and wealth disparities for descendants of enslaved African Americans and their communities.
Our Mission
To provide an educational pathway for processing and manufacturing products made from hemp and other agricultural commodities.
Practice makes perfect
We know hemp and other agriculture commodities are emerging industries. We also know it takes ingenuity and strategic planning to create opportunities using raw materials. These emerging markets allow for entry into global markets. Education and hands-on experience are the most critical components of consumer goods production.
At Koinda Pathway Initiative (KPI), our focus is on education and practical application, because the pathway to success starts with building a foundation.
With your help, we can provide a foundation by developing workspace hubs so people can learn how to use processing equipment, receive education and the most current industry intelligence. Also, it is necessary to have the workspace to promote discovery and drive innovation. Workspace hubs will also allow people to discuss issues, analytics and find solutions, in a collaborative learning environment.
Your donations will help build workspace hubs.
The plan for hubs includes equipment for a variety of processes, space for production and inventory storage. Working together to finance processing operations will make product manufacturing more efficient through production cost sharing.
Koinda Pathway Initiative (KPI), is a non-profit organization aimed to provide the pathway so African American descendants of enslaved people have an opportunity to produce goods and position themselves to compete in global markets on any scale.

Cyber workshop accessibility
In addition to facilities we envision cyber workshops, where we offer KPI GO LIVE classes and literally GO LIVE at the HUB, so members can view new developments. The KPI GO LIVE platform will take place on multiple social network sites so members will have access to the most up-to-date design principles, techniques and equipment.
